Small Hotel Booking Conditions
Rates: Our guest rooms range in price from $130usd to $189usd. Each guest is entitled to a full American or Mexican breakfast served each morning in the main dining room. We take cash, Pesos, traveler's checks. Forms of payment are Cash, Pesos, Travelers Checks, personal checks, and VISA and MASTERCARD as payment. We charge an additional 8% for credit cards (which is standard in San Miguel). An additional 2% mandatory Mexican Federal tax (IVA) is not included in our room rates. Rates are subject to change without notice. Confirmations & Deposits: Full payment is due in advance for reservations less than one week (7 days). For reservations in duration of one week or more we require a 50 percent payment upon arrival, and the balance due at the end of stay. Cancellations: Notice must be received thirty (30) days prior to the date of arrival by email, fax, or phone to qualify for full return of deposit. (See Holiday Exclusion below). A $50.00 processing fee (per room reserved) will be deducted from all return of deposits. Deposits are non-refundable if reservation cancellation is received fifteen (15) days or less in advance of scheduled arrival date. If we are able to re-rent reserved rooms for cancelled dates, we will gladly credit your deposit towards a future reservation. There are no exceptions to this policy. Holiday exclusions: The week of Christmas, New Year's Eve, Easter, and the Independence Day celebrations in September require full payment in advance. A 50% penalty applies if canceling reservations within 30 days of arrival. No refund will be reimbursed with less than 30 days notice. There is no exception to this policy. Restrictions: Unfortunately, due to the quiet atmosphere we have created at Casa Schuck, we are not suitable for children or pets. Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms (a $150 cleaning fee will be applied for guests who cannot adhere to this rule).
